Journey to Silver Elite Blog Hop: Welcoming the New, Cherishing the Old

Hello!  Thank you for visiting with me today!  I appreciate you being here!
I am SO VERY excited to be participating with a super talented group of Demonstrator Sisters in this blog hop!  It was truly my honor in coordinating my first-ever blog hop with such a great group of people!
You see, we are all Stampin' Up! Demonstrators and hold the title of "Silver" which is a status in the company.  We have many accomplishments to celebrate and are hoping to be like the Jefferson's and move on up!
The next level for us is Silver Elite, hence the clever name of this blog hop -
Journey to Silver!

You should have arrived here from Nancy's blog which is called Stampin' With Nutsy.  I really enjoyed her project and love her creativity!
For our project, we were to pick an item that premiered in the new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog as well as feature one item that carried over into the new catalog as well as featuring a new InColor!

Can we talk about those gorgeous InColors for a moment?
Do you like bright, happy colors?
Look no further!  They have arrived!

Wow, right?
Absolutely gorgeous colors!

My project primary features our new InColors along with the Artistically Inked Stamp Set, which is also a new release in the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog.  My carry-over items are the die cut shapes that are featured on my card.  These are from both the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and Painted Labels Dies. I also snuck a Stitched Nested Label in there as well because I like it, but this is a retired item.

In addition to the products that are featured, my card also boasts the split paper stamping technique that a Demo friend re-introduced me to.  This technique allows for quick and easy creation of multiple cards.
So, between the wonderful products, and the great technique, it is a win-win all around!  My projects feature beginner level stamping, intermediate level stamping and then avid stamping by adding layers and embellishments.

The two cards below feature more beginning level stamping using just a card base and ink to create a lovely card when paired with the elements from the stamp set.
It is true, my go-to style is more based upon layers and sparkle.  With this stamping technique, I proved to myself that sometimes Clean and Simple (CAS) is the way to go!

The next three cards are a bit more stamped up and I'd consider them to be more on the intermediate level with the addition of a die cut shape, ribbon and a bit of bling to go with with.  I love Stampin' Up's color coordination across the product line.  The new In-Colors really add a pop of pizzazz to the projects
These last two cards are at the Avid level and team up with the coordinating Epherma pack that goes with this product suite.  I think the gold elements add a bit of classic elegance.

Thanks so much for visiting with me today!  Next up on the blog hop, you'll travel over to Janice's blog and see her great project.  All of the Blog Hop links are below.
