One of my very first swaps on the Cricut MS was the tag swap. My subject was "baby boy." I honestly don't remember what I used to create the tags - sorry!

Cards - Card Mania (Card Swap)
Hello, by now, you know I like to participate in swaps. These are mostly over on the Cricut MB's. I LOVE to see other people's creations and really get inspired by the work of others. I think my cards are basic, but classy. I'd be interested in hearing your feedback on these.
The card swap had different categories which included Thank you, Open Sentiment (see my "Hello" card), New Baby, Birthday, Get Well, and Congratulations. All of the cards are A2 size. Say waht?!?! What is "A2 size"? lol That means the card is 5.5 x 4.25 inches. Simply split a piece of 8.5 x 11.5 inch paper in half and VOILA! You had the foundation for two cards.

Congratulations Card - Paper from a paper stack colletion, circle cut with George & Basic Shapes Cricut cartridge and inked, sentiment cut with CuttleBug folder |
Birthday card - Happy Birthday Stencil from CuttleBug, Circles cut with George Cricut cartridge and inked, Jolee's sticker, ribbon from my stash |
Thinking of You Cards Paper from DCWV's Luxury Stack, brown ribbon and Cricut Cut. I used this card for a sympathy swap but it really could be used for any occasion when reaching out to a friend! |
Card - Music Notes
This card was inspired by a combination of wanting to create something "musical" and using my supplies on hand as well as scraplifting. I hope you like!
I used the Allegro CuttleBug Folder, Core'dinations paper from their Vintage Collection, the squares were cut from the George & Basic shapes Cricut cartridge (you can't go wrong with George!), the edges of the squares were ink for a bit of dimension, the heart and music note were both cut from the Designer's Calendar cartidge, and the ribbon plus the brad were in my stash of things.
For the current card swap, we are to make 5 of each card. I'm note sure whether or not I'll enter this one into the card swap.

Card Swap - Hello Cards (Revised)
After toying around with these cards, I thought they did need a little something extra. But what? Hmmmm...
Then on my craft table I came across these butterflies from K&Company that I had used on the "Thanks" tags. The butterflies added just the right bit of pizzazz to the card to dress it up some more. These combined with the Prima flowers makes me one happy scrapper! :-)
TFL,
